The homes in Beatties Ford Park are primarily ranch-style, with many lovingly updated or expanded over the years. In Trinity Park, you'll find both ranch-style and tri-level homes, offering unique character and space for growing families.Here, we consider ourselves "One Family". This neighborhood has a strong sense of community and connection. Many of the children who grew up here have remained close over the years. You'll often see them returning to visit elderly neighbors, reconnecting with friends, or even moving back to care for loved ones or live in the homes they grew up in.One of the highlights of our year is the neighborhood picnic, typically held in late summer or early fall. It's more than just a gathering—it's a neighborhood and family reunion where old friends, new neighbors, and generations come together to celebrate our shared community.We hope you feel right at home here.
